It's been over 72 hours since this was published, so some info and links might be out of date or expired.

We’ve all been there. You’re looking for the perfect flight to your destination, but you’ve got 15 tabs open on your laptop. Yikes.

You might be thinking:

  • What routes are available?

  • What airlines service that route?

  • What partner airlines are options?

  • How many points are needed to book economy on this airline?

  • What bank can I transfer points from to snag that business-class seat?

This planning phase can be quite frustrating. Overwhelming, really.

That’s exactly why we built Daily Drop Pro. 😎

What is Daily Drop Pro?

We created Daily Drop Pro to be your one-stop shop for easily searching for flights and hotels (whether with points or cash), receiving deal alerts, and engaging with a like-minded community—all integrated into one, easy-to-use tool.

Daily Drop Pro has seven main features:

Let’s examine how you can use each feature to make planning (and booking!) your next trip a breeze.

Plus, if you’re into that sultry, dark-mode look, you’re going to love spending time inside the Daily Drop Pro site 😍

This functions similarly to how you’d search the cash price of multiple flights and airlines on Google Flights. However, on Daily Drop Pro, you’ll be searching multiple airline points programs to show all the different possibilities of miles and points redemptions across different routes, airlines, and alliances.

How I Used Daily Drop Pro

I needed to be back in Europe earlier this year, and I was open to positioning to any major European city to then connect to my final destination.

I immediately began different searches from my home airport of Vancouver (YVR) to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt…

And when searching for flights to Frankfurt, look what I found:

I decided to filter my results by fare class (business) and shortest duration, and I was presented with many different flight options.

Lo and behold, there was a non-stop flight in Lufthansa business class for just 63,000 miles and $44.90 in taxes and fees if I booked through Avianca LifeMiles. 👀

You’ll also notice that I was presented with the same exact flight, but through United, for far more points — 88,000. Had I just gone to United’s page and searched this flight, I may not have known that there was a better deal out there.

Daily Drop Pro did all the work and gave me the shortest flight with the best points deal all around!

From here, I selected my flight and was also given the option to compare the cash price. This exact flight would have cost me $6,269 if I were paying in cash. Um, no thanks.

So, if we use our calculation to find the value of our points ($6,269 cash price - $44.90 taxes and fees / 63,000 miles = .0987), I’m getting a value of nearly 10 cents per point!

That is CRAZY good.

I was then prompted to follow the remaining steps of logging into my Avianca LifeMiles account and selecting my payment method — transferring American Express points to Avianca.

It was the easiest thing to do and provided me with step-by-step instructions for the entire process.

💡 Pro Tip: Want to know if you’re getting good value for your points but don’t want to do the math? We have a free Cents-Per-Point Calculator that will do that for you!

If you’ve got a destination and dates in mind, you can head over to the hotel tab to run a search that will give you results for all hotels and programs available to book with points — all in one spot. 😏

For my trip to Krakow, Poland, I simply put in my dates and was presented with a comprehensive list of all hotels across all programs available to book with points during my selected dates.

With Daily Drop Pro, I can also:

  • Filter my results by points program, points value, and distance from the city center

  • Be alerted of any awards, perks, or benefits I have available to use based on what cards I’ve loaded into my Daily Drop Pro Wallet (more on that next!)

This saves me the hassle of switching between different hotel websites to find the best award deal. It doesn’t get any simpler than this.

Wallet and Points

Okay, this is cool. Even I struggle with keeping my different credit card accounts straight when it comes to knowing how many points I have and where I have them.

The Wallet feature allows you to link your different accounts (think Chase, American Express, Capital One, Marriott Bonvoy, Hyatt, etc.) and have your points, credits, and perks all displayed in one place.

Points Deals

Speaking of using your hard-earned points for travel… Daily Drop Pro now includes LIVE points deals.

We’re talking real, bookable award flights. These are live, limited-time deals that are updated constantly and sent directly to your dashboard or inbox (based on your preferences).

Here’s what you’ll see for each deal:

  • The origin and destination

  • The number of points needed

  • What program to book through

  • Any applicable taxes and fees

If you want to see what else is out there, you can always scroll through the latest finds on your dashboard.

Points Deal Alerts

If you like seeing those points deals on your Daily Drop Pro dashboard, we also have an option to send you alerts whenever a good one pops up!

You can select to receive these alerts as push notifications or emails — that way you’ll never miss out on when an amazing points deal drops.

We’ll only send you an alert if the deal matches your pre-selected preferences, but you can always browse what’s available around the world from your trusted dashboard.

💡 Pro Tip: Test out this feature with a free account that includes five award searches. To unlock full access, you can upgrade to a Pro Membership to get unlimited searches and alerts for just $149 a year.

Cash Deal Alerts

Using your miles and points is great, but sometimes you’re just looking for a cheap cash deal. This is especially helpful if you have some flexibility built in and truly want to let the deal decide the destination.

You’ll be able to select up to ten home airports from which you can receive deals. Plus, you’ll be able to filter by specific regions (Europe, Asia, Africa, etc.), set max prices for different fare classes, and even select preferred months for travel.

If you find something you like, you’ll be taken to the standard Google Flights page where you can make your own decision about where to book the flight, whether that’s direct with the airline or through a third-party booking platform.

This tool is highly customizable and ensures that only the best deals will be sent your way when you want them.
