Good morning from beautiful Sarajevo! We’ve got a transfer bonus, some quick news, and some fun travel inspo today, so let’s get into it:

✈️ Another 20% transfer bonus to Avios
Last week, we saw a new 20% transfer bonus from ThankYou Points to Avios. It’s a pretty solid bonus, but not many people have ThankYou Points, and they’re definitely harder points to rack up.
But you know what points are easy to rack up? MR Points. And now, there’s ANOTHER 20% transfer bonus from MR Points to Qatar Avios.
And although I love using my Avios to book flights on Qatar itself, there are tons of other useful ways to put this bonus to use.
Most of those ways involve the useful ability to transfer Avios between airlines like British Airways, Iberia, Finnair, and Aer Lingus.
That means this is effectively a 20% bonus to ANY of those airlines.
One of my favorite sweet spots in the Avios world is the ability to fly in business class between the U.S. and Madrid using just 34,000 Iberia Avios and some mild taxes and fees.
With this bonus, you only need to shell out 28,000 MR Points to fly in a lie-flat seat across the Atlantic Ocean, which is as good as it gets, folks.
I use Avios ALL the time, personally.
One of the exciting new ways to use Qatar Avios is booking flights on Airlink, a regional airline in Africa that I have always enjoyed flying.
In a couple of months, I need to fly from Maputo, Mozambique, to Cape Town, South Africa, and Qatar Avios offers the perfect way to do it with points:
I’ll only need to transfer 12,500 MR Points to lock in this otherwise expensive flight.
Finally, as I mentioned last week, you can even use Avios to book domestic flights in the U.S. on American Airlines for less than 10,000 Avios.
As I also mentioned, Qatar charges lower rates than AA itself, so this can definitely be a great deal. 👇
Anyway, here’s the bottom line:
With more cards available and massive welcome offers, I consider this transfer bonus from MR Points to Qatar Avios better than the one from ThankYou Points.
If you fly Oneworld airlines and want to lock in some solid deals like me, this is a great way to do so.

🍪 Tasty Travel Tidbits
🏨 Marriott Bonvoy has sent out some new targeted offers. Check your account either in the app or on Marriott’s website to see if you’re one of the lucky ones who got another offer!
✈️ Feeling Spontaneous? If you plan on booking flights in the next couple of days, check out Singapore’s “Spontaneous Escapes” for this month to save some points!
😮 With over 1,000 planes, United recently became the world’s largest airline. But, in terms of the number of destinations, Turkish Airlines still has the number one spot locked down.

🌎 Where in the World Wednesday
If you need a little miles and points travel inspo—look no further! Daily Drop Pro is showing great award deals from various cities in the U.S. to Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱
I’ve run some searches and am seeing a ton of award availability from March through October from cities like New York, Newark, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles for just 25,000 - 30,000 points.
Here are a couple of examples In October using either FlyingBlue or American Airlines miles from JFK 👇
Even though the taxes and fees are a bit higher with FlyingBlue (KLM and Air France’s joint loyalty program), I’d still probably favor this redemption because I don’t personally have a ton of AA miles available.
But I can EASILY transfer points from every major bank to FlyingBlue!
Here’s another example from Chicago to Warsaw in April for the same amount of FlyingBlue miles 👇
And instead of having multiple tabs open trying to figure out how and where to find these deals, if you have Daily Drop Pro, you can have just ONE tab open and let our magical miles and points tool find all the deals for you 😎
But uh… why should you go to Warsaw, Poland??
Warsaw is actually super charming and has a vibrant historic area with beautiful architecture to match.
I’d start with a visit to the Royal Castle that was destroyed in 1944 during the War but rebuilt in the 1970s to its original baroque splendor.

Seeing it at night is actually stunning. Photo courtesy of Tripadvisor.
And if you’re into quirky things, then Warsaw’s Neon Museum and Polish Vodka Museum should give you your fix.
Oh… and the pierogis… 🤤
Filled with potatoes, cheese, strawberries, apples, cherries, sour cream, and more… Not all together, but you get what I mean.
You could even take it a step further than just eating luscious pierogis by also making them—with a pierogi cooking class!
Either way, Warsaw is a great city and super accessible to the rest of Europe.
So if you want to go anytime from now until this fall, Daily Drop Pro is sporting a ton of miles and points deals just waiting to be snatched up 😎

That’s all for today, my friends! I hope you enjoyed today’s quick tips for maximizing those points, miles, and loyalty programs.
Take care, and see you tomorrow morning for my personal tips on racking up LOTS of points.
Cheers,
