Haaaappy Friday, yā€™all! Mike is taking the day off because, in true Mike fashion, heā€™s chosen to torture himself with back-to-back long flights and layovers.

See for yourself šŸ‘‡

So yeah, while heā€™s suffering through that, McKay and I (Tiffany) will deliver todayā€™s travel goods:

šŸ€ Award Drop: Wide open business-class availability to Dublin

First things first: Dublin is rad. And, so is pretty much all of Ireland. šŸ‡®šŸ‡Ŗ

Flying there in business class for verrrry few points makes checking out the Emerald Isle that much better.

Iā€™m here to tell you that I found a TON of business-class seats available from all over the U.S. to Dublin for as few as 45,000 points using Daily Drop Proā€™s search feature! šŸŽ‰

Here are some things to take note of:

  • Routes include JFK, Boston, Toronto, Philadelphia, Orlando, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle to Dublin

  • Dates range from March to May 2025 (a GREAT time to visit)

  • Points range from 45,000 - 55,000 with just $18 - $66 in taxes and fees

Here are a few examples of the many different cities and dates šŸ‘‡

The other important thing to take note of is that youā€™ll be on a flight operated by Aer Lingus, but youā€™ll make this booking through Alaska Airlinesā€™ programā€”theyā€™ve truly been crushing it this past year šŸ’Ŗ

This works in your favor if you already have Alaska miles, but there are a couple of ways you can transfer to Alaska if you donā€™t.

To date, you can still transfer MR Points to Hawaiian Airlines, and then transfer from Hawaiian to Alaska.

So, for example, if you already have a card like this premium one or its younger sibling, youā€™re ready to go.

If that transfer stuff sounds nutty, though, I assure you itā€™s a real thing, and you can read about it here.

The other option is if you have Bilt Points, they will transfer at a 1:1 ratio directly to Alaska.

But either way, donā€™t worry. Seriously, donā€™tā€¦ youā€™re fine šŸ˜…

If you look up these flights in Daily Drop Pro (which you should), itā€™ll walk you through how to transfer what you need and do everything you need to do to book one (or more) of these seats.

Now as for Aer Lingus the Airline?

Iā€™ve not flown in their business class, but it looks pretty decent šŸ‘‡

I have flown with them several times in economy, though, and I was cheekily greeted on the plane with a ā€œHowaya! Howā€™s the craic?!ā€

My deadpan expression immediately alerted him that I wasnā€™t Irish, and I definitely wasnā€™t picking up on the cool slang šŸ«

He then welcomed me aboard and said it was gonna be a party.

So yeah, Aer Lingus is awesome. And if you can snag a business-class flight with them? All the better!

šŸ† The FINAL winner of the SAS business-class giveaway isā€¦

Speaking of business classā€¦ McKay here! šŸ‘‹

Hopefully, you remember that weā€™re giving away a SECOND business class flight in the form of 50,000-ish miles from my one million SAS mile earnings!

A few of my favorite things, you ask? Reading through your Sound of Music parodies! Ok, that was cheesy butā€¦

It was seriously so fun seeing everyoneā€™s songs! And there were a lotā€¦ like a lot, a lot.

Aaaaand, I wasnā€™t raised in the ā€œparticipation trophyā€ era, so weā€™re sticking to just one winner today šŸ™ƒ

For the sake of keeping with the themeā€¦

Julie Andrews meme

Kyra ā€” you crushed it!

Somewhere out there, Julie Andrews would be very proud of youā€”if she werenā€™t, you know, still very much alive and probably too busy being effortlessly elegant to care šŸ«…šŸ¼

But letā€™s pretend for a moment that sheā€™s standing on a hilltop, arms wide, singing about your achievements. I know I am!

As for Kyra, be sure to check your inbox. You should have an email waiting for you with some deets.

As for everyone else, thanks for playing! Now that we know how many songwriters we have subscribed to Daily Drop, we just might have to do this again. šŸ‘€
