If you own any type of business, business credit cards should be part of your points and miles earning strategy.
Why is that?
Some of the best credit card offers out there are for business cards! You can get amazing sign-up bonuses, often with low or no annual fees.
The points you earn with a business card can help you travel to destinations you might not be able to afford otherwise.
If you know you want to open a business card but you're not sure which one is right for your business, this list is for you!
We've done the research for you and put together a list of the best business card offers available right now. Some of these offers are limited-time only and some are longstanding offers that have been around for a while.
Current Offer: Earn $900 cash bonus (or 90,000 points when redeemed for travel) after spending $6,000 in the first 3 months.
Annual Fee: $0
Why it's great: This is an amazing sign-up bonus for a no-annual-fee card. The Ink Business Cash is advertised as a cashback card, but it actually earns Chase Ultimate Rewards Points.
This incredible perk only holds true if you have another Chase card, like the Chase Sapphire Preferred® card or the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card, that allows you to transfer points to travel partners. So, if you’re pairing this Ink Business card with a Chase Sapphire one, you could combine your points from both cards and transfer them to book travel directly with partners like Emirates, Jet Blue, and Hyatt (among others!).
Having this transferability is HUGE. We’re talking potentially thousands of dollars in value (beyond the initial 90,000 points/$900), plus elevated earning rates all from a card with a $0 annual fee.
Now if you don't have a card that allows you to transfer points, you can redeem 90,000 points for a $900 statement credit which is still an amazing deal on a card with NO annual fee.
For example, that $900 cash can cover theme park tickets, rental cars, or anything you want. If you transfer the points to Hyatt, 90,000 can get you six nights at the 5-star Now Emerald Cancun all-inclusive resort.
Something else you'll want to be aware of is this card earns 5x points at office supply stores. While shopping at Staples or Office Depot might not be something you normally get excited about, this is a great perk!
Office supply stores carry gift cards galore. You can easily earn 5x points on purchases that would normally only earn you 1x. Planning a large purchase like an appliance or new furniture at a store that only gives you 1x points? Grab a gift card at the office supply store to cover that purchase, and you'll earn 5x points instead of 1x.
These stores also regularly run promotions for Visa and Mastercard gift cards with waived fees. Take advantage of one of these promotions, and you'll earn 5x points on a gift card that you can use like cash anywhere Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
Other Benefits:
-
Earn 2x points or 2% cash back on the first $25,000 spent in combined purchases at gas stations and restaurants each account anniversary year
-
Earn 1x points or 1% cash back on all other card purchases with no limit to the amount you can earn
-
Did we say no annual fee? No annual fee!
Current Offer: Earn $900 cash bonus (or 90,000 points when redeemed for travel) after spending $6,000 in the first 3 months.
Annual Fee: $0
Why it's great: Here's another Chase Business Card offer for you. Like with the Ink Business Cash Card, this card is advertised as a cashback card, but the points are actually Ultimate Rewards Points. We like Chase because their points are some of the most flexible. And with 90,000 points, you can do some really fun stuff!
For example, you could book a whole week at the Hyatt Murano in Venice. Standard rooms start at just 12,000 points per night. As an added perk, you won't have to worry about figuring out how to get to your hotel as each stay includes a courtesy water shuttle ride from the airport. How cool is that?
To transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points to travel partners you need a Preferred or Reserve credit card. This could be the Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire Reserve, or Ink Business Preferred credit card. All of these cards have an annual fee, but the perks and benefits often outweigh the cost.
If you don't have a card that lets you transfer points, 90,000 points plus 9,000 from your minimum spend ($6,000 x 1.5 points per dollar) equals $990 that you can redeem for cash back. An unbelievably good deal for no annual fee.
Other Benefits:
-
1.5x points or 1.5% cash back on every purchase
-
Redeem rewards for cash back, gift cards, travel, and more through Chase Ultimate Rewards®
-
Offers a generous APR on purchases
Annual Fee: $695
Why it's great: This is a premium card with a premium price tag. For some, the high annual fee might not be worth it, but if you can use the benefits, they definitely outweigh the cost.
This card comes with tons of travel perks, so if you're a frequent traveler, these perks can add up to well over $695 in value.
With the Business Platinum card, you get up to $200 towards airline incidental charges on your chosen airline to cover things like checked bags and seat selection fees. Plus, you get up to $100 in statement credit for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry, and $189 CLEAR® credit to make moving through the airport faster.
The card comes with automatic Gold status for Marriot Bonvoy and Hilton which can get you some really great perks like free room upgrades, late checkout, free breakfast, and more.
Membership Rewards® points can be transferred to travel partners like Delta, Virgin Atlantic, and Flying Blue or used to book travel in the American Express travel portal.
As a redemption idea, you can transfer points to Virgin Atlantic and book Delta One Business Class flights to Europe for 50,000 points and $5.60 in fees. A round-trip ticket would cost just 100,000 points and $11.20 leaving you 20,000 points to put towards your hotel.
Other Benefits:
-
Get 5x Membership Rewards® points on flights and prepaid hotels on amextravel.com
-
1x points for each dollar you spend on eligible purchases
-
1.5x times points on eligible purchases in select categories like construction materials, electronics stores, and shipping
-
Unlock over $1,000 in annual statement credits on the curation of business purchases, including select purchases made with Dell Technologies, Indeed, Adobe, and U.S. wireless service providers
-
Entry into the American Express Global Lounge Collection® which includes over 1,400 lounges worldwide
4. IHG® Rewards Premier Business Card

Current Offer: 140,000 points after spending $3,000 in the first 3 months.
Annual Fee: $99
Why it's great: You’ll get some pretty cool perks despite this card’s low annual fee — like being granted instant IHG Platinum Elite status. IHG also gifts you a free anniversary night that can be worth up to 40,000 points.
While some hotels may cost you 30,000-50,000 points per night, there are also tons of hotels that will only cost you 15,000! IHG also has a great fourth-night-free policy, so you will pay no — like zero, zilch — points for every fourth night.
For example, you could stay in this hotel just outside of central Rome for 25,000 points per night. With your sign-up bonus of 140,000 points, you could book this place for three nights (at 75,000 points), then get the fourth night free. Plus, you’d still have 65,000 points in your bank! Andiamo a Roma!

Other Benefits:
-
Earn up to 26x points per dollar at IHG® hotels and resorts
-
Earn 5x points on travel, dining, gas stations, and select business purchases
-
Earn 3x points on all other eligible purchases
Current Offer: 50,000 miles after spending $4,500 in the first 3 months.
Annual Fee: $95, waived the first year.
Why it's great: Earn two miles per dollar on every single purchase. Miles don't expire as long as the account is open. If you're looking for a simple card with a solid earning rate, this card could be it. You don't have to worry about keeping track of bonus categories, and you earn a standard two miles per dollar on every purchase with no restrictions or limits.
Use the points to cover travel purchases made with the card, or transfer them to over 15 different travel partners like Air Canada Aeroplan, Flying Blue, and Wyndham.
Wyndham points can be used to book Vacasa vacation rentals in the United States, Mexico, Belize, and Costa Rica. With 45,000 points, you could book three nights at this super cool tree house in Costa Rica with room for eight people and private beach access. Spend just $5,000 on the card, and you'll have enough points for four nights!
Other Benefits:
-
Includes a credit of up to $100 for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck
-
Earn unlimited points
-
No foreign transaction fees
-
Two Capital One lounge visits per year.
6. Southwest Rapid Rewards® Performance Business Credit Card
Click the card or the title to learn more!
Current Offer: Earn 80,000 Rapid Rewards points after spending $5,000 in the first 3 months.
Annual Fee: $199
Why it's great: This card comes with a ton of perks to help offset the annual fee. Get up to 365 WiFi credits per year to enjoy free WiFi on Southwest flights and up to $100 to cover Global Entry or TSA PreCheck fees once every four years.
One of my favorite perks for this card is you get four upgraded boarding passes per year, when available. This is really handy when you forget to check in and end up at the end of the boarding group. I know I'm not the only one who's done that before!
If you're interested in going for a companion pass, this card is a good way to help get you there. Pair the performance business card with a Southwest personal card in the same calendar year, and once you earn the sign-up bonus from both cards, you'll have enough Rapid Rewards points to earn the Companion Pass for the rest of the calendar year, plus the next year as well.
Using Southwest points is a great way to get to Hawaii, especially from the West Coast. Rates start as low as 12,500 points each way. With rates that low, 80,000 Rapid Rewards points are enough for three people to fly round-trip to Hawaii. If you have the companion pass, that covers a fourth passenger. All you'll have to pay is $5.60 per person each way.
Other Benefits:
-
Get 9,000 bonus points on every Cardmember anniversary
-
Earn 4x points on Southwest purchases
-
Earn 3x points on Rapid Rewards hotel and car partners
-
Earn 2x points on rideshares like Uber and Lyft
-
Earn 2x points on social media and search engine advertising, internet, cable, and phone services
-
Earn 1x points on all other purchases
